Janise Witt, Photographer & Mixed Media
Janise Witt – Photographer and Mixed Media Artist
Professional fine art photographer and mixed media artist, since 1988. Trained at UCLA with a specialty in people and our environment. My body of work has evolved over time and really embraces the rich tapestry which is Earth’s family and bounty, as woven with the magic I feel about the people and our beautiful environment. I see all life on our Earth as part of our wonderful family which provides blending of love, joy, beauty and wonder here in Sedona and in other parts of the world offering a diverse landscape and culture.
Includes portraits of celebrities, corporate events, weddings and people with interesting stories to share, special features for People Magazine, Phoenix Magazine, The Plateau Journal of Northern Arizona, and contributing photographer for Sedona Magazine. Showcase photographer for the Los Angeles Arts Festival, Arizona Points of Pride and Sedona Film Festival.
These accomplishments combined with my extensive photographic sojourns throughout the world combined with my love of nature and the life force which surges through all creation, is like a continually evolving tapestry.
